Sarah's gluten free mojito ale
This gluten free IPA is made with sorgham and honey, rather than the typical barley backbone, to make it 100% gluten free. Using two types of yeast and a large amount of finishing hops, it has a dry body and a tangy citrus and mojito-esque aroma and flavor. Aaron wanted to release a beer that his sister, Sarah, could finally enjoy since she was diagnosed with Celiac's disease right as the brewery opened it's doors. Her own tapline at the brewery has finally become a reality.
