SECOND COURSE: Mixed Seafood Ceviche, marinated in lime and sour orange with cucumbers, avocado and cilantro
THIRD COURSE: Roasted Pork, Arroz Con Gandules and Sweet Plantains, Sofrito roasted Pork Tenderloin, seasoned yellow rice with pigeon peas and fried sweet plantains served with a garlic mojo sauce
FOURTH COURSE: Moms Cookies – An Assortment of homemade cookies inspired by cookies my mom would make every year.
