Our first Irish Ale recipe ever brewed at Wasserhund. With a limit of one keg, we’ve made the most to style St. Patrick’s Day beer we could think of, an Irish Red Ale. With a slight sweetness and light hops, it’s a well-rounded and balanced flavor with a pleasant toasted malt character. Get it while you can because it’s as rare as that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
