We took our award winning Doppeldog Doppelbock and froze it, methodically removing the ice and concentrating the beer until we were satisfied with its malty body and balanced sweetness. Notes of caramel and chocolate, with dark fruit esters like plum make this the perfect way to brighten those ice-cold winter days.
